turned from a fallen maple tree in the lower Catskill region of NY. $385

‘Nail Hole’ Bowl

Turned from a maple tree fallen from a past storm. While sawing the log for this bowl, l struck a hidden nail which was imbedded and had oxidized, leaving a black iron oxide color to that area, seen at the bottom of the bowl along with the ail hole . A nice touch!
